For beginners and intermediates. This discipline brings the body and mind together and combines three main elements: movement, respiration and meditation. Exercises concentrate on alignment, stability and general conditioning of the body. Every pose is explained in detail by our instructor in order for each participant to improve their performance. The variety of options offered allows the participant to choose their own level of strength and flexibility.
Mandatory equipment (not provided): slip resistant yoga mat, water bottle, small pillow.No shoes allowed.
